HEALTH AND WELFARE

Medical Plan- Depending on your geographical location, LML offers  PPO, HMO, POS, and/or Traditional plan options.

Dental Plan- Coverage includes 2 preventative check-ups, routine care and major care services. Orthodontia is also offered for eligible dependents under age 19.

Disability - LML offers both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability plans at no cost to the employee.

Life Insurance- LML provides a $100,000 Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy at no cost to the employee.  Employees have the option to purchase Additional Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance for themselves and their dependents. 

Business Travel Accident- While traveling on company business employees are covered by our $250,000 policy should a fatal accident occur.
