Health and Welfare

Medical Plan- LML offers two PPO plan options.

Dental Plan- Coverage includes 2 preventative check-ups per year, routine care and major care services. Orthodontia is also offered for eligible dependents under age 19.

Disability- LML offers both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability at no cost to the employee.

Life Insurance- LML provides a $50,000 Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy at no cost to the employee.  Employees have the option to purchase additional Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment for themselves and their eligible dependents.

Business Travel Accident- While traveling on company business, employees are covered by our Business Travel Accident.

Flexible Spending Accounts- Associates may set aside pre-tax dollars up to $2500 per calendar year for Health Care Expenses and up to $5000 for Dependent Care Expenses.
